Room #3: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Cabin (2 single beds), shared bathroom, air conditioning, fan, TV. Sleeps 2 adults & 2 children
Room #4: 1 twin bed + 1 cabin (one twin and one full bed ) , full bathroom, air conditioning, fan. Sleeps 2 adults & 1 child
All rooms are on the first floor and are suitable for people with limited mobility. Maximum occupancy 14 people, parties are not allowed.

How to get to Pochomil Viejo from the Airport:
If you travel to Nicaragua, you will probably come through the international airport of Managua known as Aeropuerto Las Mercedes, ask for a map from the car rental company and go to Carretera Sur.

From Managua take Carretera Sur towards Rivas or Costa Rica until km 9.

Carretera Sur turns right becoming Carretera Leon Viejo, stay on this road until km 30. Do not turn onto Carretera Sur.

At the intersection of km 30, turn left on a cobbled street until km 62 where the road ends.

Turn right to Masachapa/Montelimar/Pochomil for 4.3 kms.

Turn left on the first paved street, direction Pochomil (South).

Drive 1.8 kms on a paved road, cross the bridge, gas station and entrance to the popular Pochomil spa (it is on the right).

At the end of the paved road continue 2.2 km on a dirt road, always straight.

Turn right for 1.1 km until you are in front of the sea, Arnoldo Alemán’s house is on the right.

Turn left towards Pochomil Viejo. Exact directions to the house will be given when booking
