This beachfront Spanish style 600 sq. mt. (7,000 sq. ft) home in an acre land with 50 mt (160 ft) beachfront is the largest vacation rental property in Pochomil Viejo, a 1.5 km long and 50 mt wide exclusive beach.

The main house is a two story home with five large bedrooms with a view to the beach, five full bathrooms. Fully furnished with the amenities you need to get you started on your vacation. A sixth bedroom and bathroom in a separate apartment within the grounds is available at no charge for groups larger than 20.

Enjoy the large pool with whirlpool, a driveway into the beach, and two large terrace with hammocks. Lots of entertaining options in the house, Ping Pong table, large bar with barbecue grill.
